Before arrival

Selection

If you do not have a clear idea, you can consult all the houses to rent on clicking on the "OUR HOUSES" icon situated on the homepage. You can refine your selection using the SEARCH ENGINE with several criteria of your choice.

Booking - Payment

From the description page of the selected house, you fill in the booking form only if you agree to book.

If you choose to pay online by Credit Card, you don’t send us anything. Everything is managed automatically. After validation of your booking inquiry by our services, we will receive a confirmation by email. The payment cards accepted to date are Visa and MasterCard. You warrant that you are fully entitled to use the credit card provided for the payment of this booking.

If you choose another form of payment, you have an option of 4 days, untill 35 days before arrival and only 2 days for less than 35 days, to return your signed contract with the payment.

Warning : After the duration of the option, we can not be held responsible for the possible unavailability of a rental occurring between the end of this period and the date of reception of your payment by us.

We draw your attention to the fact that it is absolutely necessary :

- To mention the exact number of people who will stay on the house otherwise you could denied you the access once there, without refund.

- Check if your pet is allowed or not in case you wish to bring one.

- Check the possibility of booking the comfort kit. You can book this service as you make your booking or request it by email up to 48 hours before your arrival.
- Please specify also if you wish to take out insurance (3.5% of the total amount of the rental with a minimum of € 23). They are registered, can be purchased only at the time of booking and are not refundable.

Whatever the method of payment, your booking will be confirmed by email.

Balance

The payment of the balance must be sent to us, without any reminder from us, at the latest 35 days before your arrival in the house. If you have paid the deposit by credit card, the balance will automatically be debited to your account 30 days before your arrival.
If you have paid the deposit by french cheque and wish to pay the balance by credit card or bank transfer, please contact us by email so that we change the method of payment. We do not accept payment by french cheque within 35 days of arrival at the house.

Without receipt of the balance within the aforementioned deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking of your rental and this, without any notice, without any refund and no compensation can be envisaged.

Travel document

Upon receipt of the balance of your holiday house, you can view and print your travel documents by clicking on the icon "MY ORDER".

You will find a "VOUCHER" attesting the booking and the payment. It should be delivered to the key holder at your arrival. All the details of the house will be mentioned. In addition, we will also provide you with the GPS coordinates and the address so that you can get to your location without any problem.

On the house

Arrival

ormal arrival time at the house is between 4pm and 6pm. The house can not be available earlier because it is necessary to let a respectable time to the owner to clean the house. If you expect a later arrival, you must inform the key holder so he can get organized to receive you or to find another way to give the keys of the accommodation.

An inventory will be made at your arrival. If, however, an element has escaped your vigilance, you must mention it to the owner at the latest the day after your arrival.

Security deposit

Use of property biens

Tenants must have normal and reasonable use of each item. Swimming pools are used under the sole responsibility of the tenants (Attention : at low season, the swimming pool could be empty).

Before leaving, the tenant must return all the pieces of the furniture to the place where they were on arrival. Neither the owner nor the agency can be responsible for any irregularities that may occur in the water, electricity or internet connection and disclaim any liability for lack of enjoyment not arising from them.

Reasonable water and gas consumptions are included in the price paid to the agency. At low season (before end of may and from october), heating costs will be charged on site directly to the key holder. Prices can be fixed or determined according to your consumption, this information is communicated to you on the description house. In the same way, the Confort Kit (pre-booked) and the Final Cleaning are to be paid directly to the key holder.
